Rental Fee: What does the rental fee include?

The rental fee encompasses complete access to the venue, including tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, and use of a bridal suite. Additionally, we offer packages that include food, beverages, and other amenities, which can be discussed during your tour.

Maximum Venue Capacity: What is the maximum capacity of the venue?

The studio is designed to accommodate a congregation of up to 110 individuals. Furthermore, seating arrangements for the aforementioned number are included within the rental provisions.

Catering and Alcoholic Beverages: Regarding catering and alcoholic beverages:

You can bring in your own caterer and alcohol, or we can provide it through our preferred caterers

ADA Compliance: Does the venue comply with ADA standards?

Yes, Crimson and Clover Studio is in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We have ensured accessibility with a ramp leading directly from the street. Additionally, an elevator is present within the building to facilitate movement. The lavatory on the primary level adheres to ADA specifications.

Internet Connectivity: Is internet connectivity available?

We are pleased to confirm that we furnish our patrons with high-speed internet access.

Climate Control: Is the environment within the studio climate-controlled?

The venue boasts a climate control system, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere irrespective of the season. Additionally, the facility is complemented by extensive windows that provide ample ventilation if desired.

What activities are permitted within the venue?

Crimson and Clover venue offers an environment suitable for a variety of esteemed events, including but not limited to workshops, art exhibitions, wedding ceremonies, receptions with dinner services, celebratory showers, anniversaries, professional photo and film sessions, as well as intimate musical presentations.
